The Details

How do I use it?

Shake the bottle, squeeze a small drop into your palm, rub your hands together, and let it dry before your set. Reapply as needed.
Will it make a mess?

It goes on as a liquid, so there’s no loose powder cloud or crumbling chalk block in your gym bag. Chalk can still transfer to equipment, so wipe down your station after training.
What can I use it for?

Yes. The formula is alcohol-free so it is gentler on your hands.  This liquid chalk has a light orange blossom scent.

The orange blossom scent is such a pleasant surprise, and it’s alcohol free, which I think is smart. I haven't used liquid chalk before but hoping it helps in my workouts.

I got the liquid chalk and the resistance bands in a bundle at a local pop up event Lift Hotter was at. The liquid chalk has a nice, clean scent and isn't overpowering. Dries fairly quickly and does what it advertises, helps make your grip better and gets rid of the sweat!

Picked up this chalk at a local event and so far so good. Like the scent and can appreciate that its alcohol free which should be better on my hands after multiple uses. Looking forward to using it in the gym

Didn’t expect to care about how my chalk smells, but the orange blossom is nice. Dries fairly quickly and does what it says it would. Overall a good liquid chalk.
