We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Amazon orders: If you purchased through Amazon, your order is fulfilled and shipped according to Amazon's shipping policies. This policy applies to orders placed directly at lifthotter.com only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at support@lifthotter.com immediately — we can only make address changes before an order has been fulfilled.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 shipped within the contiguous United States. This threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied and before taxes.

Free shipping is not available on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. At this time we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand shipping destinations — follow us @lifthotter for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Check all entry points and secure locations around your property
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
  4. Contact us at support@lifthotter.com if the package still hasn't arrived

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lift Hotter is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking confirms delivery but your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed — contact us at support@lifthotter.com.

If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@lifthotter.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will reship or refund at no cost to you.
