Where to start

Four weeks. Move up a band when the last one stops fighting back.

  1. Week 1 Tone I Two sessions. Three rounds of 15 to 20 reps per movement. Learn the placement before you chase the burn.
  2. Week 2 Tone I to Sculpt II Three sessions. Three rounds of 12 to 15. Move up to Sculpt on bridges and squats, stay on Tone for the rest.
  3. Week 3 Sculpt II Three sessions. Four rounds of 12 to 15. Slow the lowering to three counts and use the full range.
  4. Week 4 Sculpt II to Power III Three sessions. Four rounds of 10 to 12 on Power, 15 on everything else. Finish each session with a burnout set.

Care

Hand wash cold, air dry. Keep away from direct heat and sharp edges. Store them flat and they will hold their snap.
