What is Lift Hotter Collective?
Lift Hotter Collective is a women's fitness accessories brand built for those who train hard and refuse to compromise on style. Every product is designed to perform at the highest level while looking as good as you do.
Where are you based?
We're based in Prosper, Texas.
SHIPPING & ORDERS
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days via standard shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're US-only at launch but international shipping is coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at support@lifthotter.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us at support@lifthotter.com with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement immediately.
PRODUCTS
Will the phone mount work with my phone?
The Lift Hotter Magnetic Gym Phone Mount works natively with MagSafe-compatible iPhones (iPhone 12 and later). A magnetic metal ring is included for Android and non-MagSafe devices so virtually any smartphone snaps on instantly.
Will the phone mount work with my case?
Yes — most standard cases are compatible. MagSafe cases work natively. For non-magnetic cases, simply apply the included magnetic metal ring to the back of your case for a secure snap-on hold.
How do I use liquid chalk?
Squeeze a small amount onto your palm, rub your hands together, and let it dry for a few seconds before lifting. A little goes a long way — fast-drying, low mess, competition-level grip.
Is the liquid chalk safe for my skin?
Yes — our formula is designed for gym use and dries quickly without excessive residue. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing on a small area first.
When will the lifting straps be available?
Lifting straps are coming soon. Follow us on Instagram at @lifthotter to be the first to know when they drop.
Are your products available on Amazon?

Do you have an ambassador program?
Yes — the Lift Hotter Ambassador Program is open to women who train hard, love the brand, and want to represent something they actually believe in. Ambassadors get early access to new products, exclusive discounts, and a commission on sales.
