California Proposition 65 Warning
Last updated: June 19, 2026
California's Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide a warning to California consumers when a product may expose them to one or more chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Why You're Seeing This Notice
Lift Hotter products may contain trace materials, including but not limited to components found in plastics, synthetic rubber, metal hardware, or coatings, that fall under California's broad and conservative list of regulated substances. Proposition 65 requires this warning even where the actual risk of harm is low, and even when independent chemical testing has not been performed on a specific product.
We are providing this notice as a precaution, in the interest of transparency, and to comply with California law.
Warning
⚠ WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
What This Does & Doesn't Mean
This warning does not mean that a Lift Hotter product is in violation of any product safety standard or that it will cause harm when used as intended. Proposition 65 standards are often significantly more conservative than federal safety standards, and many everyday consumer products carry this same warning. We provide it so you can make an informed purchasing decision.
