We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — quickly and without the runaround. This policy applies to all orders placed directly at lifthotter.com.
Amazon orders: If you purchased through Amazon, please use Amazon's return process. Amazon orders are subject to Amazon's return policy and are not processed through this page.
The Short Version
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Customer covers return shipping on change-of-mind returns
- Defective or damaged items? We cover it — always
- Liquid chalk and opened consumables are non-returnable
- Sale and final sale items are non-returnable
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to purchases made directly at lifthotter.com. Orders placed through third-party retailers, Amazon, or other marketplaces are governed by that platform's respective return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in original condition — no signs of wear, chalk residue, scratching, or modification
- In original packaging with all branded inserts, tags, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Returns that arrive without prior authorization, outside the return window, or not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.
How to Start a Return
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Email support@lifthotter.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number
- Write your RA number clearly on the outside of your package
- Ship your return to the address below using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is confirmed

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receipt
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect
- If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid
Please note that processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Exchanges
We're happy to help with exchanges on eligible items. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return initiation process above
- Note the item or variant you'd like in exchange
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received
- If your requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically
Product-Specific Policies
Magnetic Gym Phone Mount
- Eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging
- The magnetic plate and mount must be fully intact and uninstalled
- Mounts that show signs of installation, adhesive use, or modification are not eligible for return
- Manufacturing defects (cracked housing, non-functional magnet, broken components upon arrival) are covered under our Quality Guarantee — see below
Liquid Chalk
- Liquid chalk is a consumable product. Once opened, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Sealed, unopened liquid chalk may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- If your liquid chalk arrives damaged, leaking, or with a seal integrity issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will send a replacement at no charge
- Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on liquid chalk that has been used, partially used, or opened regardless of the reason
Lifting Straps & Resistance Bands
- Eligible for return within 30 days if unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging
- Items showing signs of use, chalk contact, gym bag wear, or odor will not be accepted
Our Quality Guarantee
We take quality seriously. If any Lift Hotter product arrives with a manufacturing defect — broken components, stitching failures, structural damage not caused by the customer — we will make it right.
To file a Quality Guarantee claim:
- Email support@lifthotter.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
- We will review and respond within 2 business days with a replacement or refund
Please note: Our Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from drops, improper use, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or modifications made by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Opened or used liquid chalk
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase
- Items discounted 50% or more off the original retail price
- Items returned without a valid return authorization (RA) number
- Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by Lift Hotter
Sale & Promotional Orders
All items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or discounted 50% or more are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This is noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
Standard-priced items purchased during a sitewide promotional sale (e.g., Black Friday, launch promotions) remain eligible under the standard 30-day return policy unless otherwise marked.
Holiday Return Extension
For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, the return window is extended to January 31 of the following year. All other conditions of this policy apply. This extension does not apply to Final Sale or Clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in transit (not a manufacturing defect):
- Contact us at support@lifthotter.com within 7days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging
- We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Lift Hotter is not responsible for items lost in transit on customer-paid return shipments.
